(Ponce, V. M., 1989. Engineering Hydrology, Principles and Practices, Prentice Hall).
- The program reports monthly and annual potential evapotranspiration (PET), given a set of mean monthly temperatures (January
to December), and the geographical latitude [Example: 35o N].
- The input data (mean monthly temperature) is in degree Celsius; the output data (PET) is in cm.
